Freda stared as lead actress in the movie 'Alexandra'. This film also features Hollywood actress Vivica A.Fox, Nollywood actor Joseph Benjamin, American actor Rob Hays and other amazingly talented actors/actresses. Alexandra had it‘s cinema viewing in April but will be available worldwide on itunes, Google play and Amazon in September. Be on the look out for this one. A must see

Modelling

Freda always enjoys being in front of the camera. She has worked with multiple photographers but her latest shoot was with Zak Rivers photography of Minnesota. She has been featured on girl 9 and Ripping Runway magazine as a bikini model. 

Facts

This gorgeous beauty has in the past been featured in a TV ad for Buckle, two short films, and a music video here in the states. In Nigeria, she was crowned 'Queen' in her high school's beauty competition where she excelled academically and also in sports. 

Biography

Origin

Born March 23rd, 1989 to Daniel O.Efimue and Queen Akerete D. Efimue of Sapele,Nigeria. Freda found her love for entertainment at a very young age by attending church with her family. She acted in church plays, sang in the junior choir and was a member of a hip hop dance group dancing on stage for some famous Nigerian artist. After high school, she decided to relocate to the United States to pursue a career in Theater. 

Family

Here in the U.S, Freda is married to Jeremy Steffl and they have 3 gorgeous boys. Back in Africa, she has her parents and siblings (a brother & four sisters). 

Adventures

While studying at Minnesota State University, Mankato, she was brave and spontaneous enough to enlist in the U.S army. She later went back to school and graduated with a BA in Theatre. Although she is now a Veteran, Freda has not stopped caring and serving others in the best way possible. She is a great role model.

Features

On September 28, 2018, The Free Press of mankato released an article ‘Empowered Woman’ about Freda intending to empower women who have been victims of domestic abuse both Nationally and internationally with the production of her first film ‘Alexandra‘. 


Freda will also be featured in the November issue of the Mankato Magazine in recognition for her service in the United States military.
